Checkmate

Very well executed. The flow of the dialog feels fairly natural and the story has a flair of humor added by the first panel.

The art itself is clean and crisp with not too much in the background to distract from the main focus of the characters.

The only downside I see is the third panel. It seems that there is too much text in that one panel along and would allow a smoother transition if it were broken into two panels. Also Luna's hoof is on the table in the third panel and not in the fourth even though it seems it should be.

Overall I thought it was a fun, short strip.
